Our space can comfortably accommodate up to 100 seated guests (300 standing) , providing ample reception space for your guests.

With 3,000 square feet of sleek, open space and high ceilings, our venue provides a spacious, airy environment where your guests can move around comfortably, no matter the type of event.

Audiovisual : 2 4K TVs and 1 HD projector for your broadcasts.*

 

Sound equipment : 4 high-quality 360° speakers.

 

Lighting : Modular and customizable system offering various atmospheres with color options, static or synchronized.

 

Stage : Ideal for speeches, lectures and performances.*

 

Bar : Elegant and functional, equipped with everything necessary,

with the option to add additional bar stations if needed.

 

Kitchen :Preparation area for chefs and caterers,

with 1 storage area for food supplies.

 

Cloakroom :  Large area with hangers and duplicate tickets for your guests’ convenience.


Toilets : 2 separate areas for men and women.

THROUGH THE AGES

Once a financial pillar of southwest Montreal, our space was a prestigious branch of the Bank of Montreal. The former vault, with its still-intact armored door, is a testament to the grandeur and security of a bygone era. Over the years, this historic location has been carefully restored to become Maison Florença.

 

We have preserved the authenticity of its original features while blending them with a modern, clean, and elegant design. Today, our venue combines the charm of the past with contemporary sophistication, offering a unique setting for your events , where every detail tells a story.
