Housed in a former Bank of Montreal building, our venue blends the grandeur of historical vaults with a meticulously restored modern design.

Where are you located?We are located at 998 Notre-Dame Street in the heart of the Lachine borough. We are only 12 minutes from downtown Montreal, right next to the beautiful Lachine Canal.

Is there parking nearby?Yes, we have more than 300 free public parking spaces nearby, kindly offered by the city of Lachine.

Is parking or valet included in the events?Valets are not automatically included. They can be hired separately. We can put you in touch with an external firm that specializes in valet services.

What types of events can I organize?Our room is versatile, easily modular and can therefore accommodate various types of events, such as corporate events, conferences, seminars, private parties, classes 9 (dance, yoga, painting etc) baby showers, weddings, birthdays and private parties and many other events.

Is audiovisual included?A quality sound system is included with speakers, microphones, mixers, as well as projectors and televisions for your visual animations. Additional audio equipment can be added according to your specific needs.

What is included in the room rental?We provide initial contact to determine your needs and connect you with relevant partners. We provide venue management and coordination, working with a variety of partners to create unique and memorable events.

Is there a kitchen or meal preparation area on site?We do not have a full kitchen, but we do have a prep area with microwave, refrigerator, and tables. Caterers typically prepare meals before arriving on site.

Do you do the decorating or the cooking?We work with specialized partners such as event planners and professional decorators. We will connect you with the right service providers based on your budget and needs.
